新时代大学生不懈奋斗的动力机制及构建路径

摘　　要：新时代下,从历史、现实及未来发展角度看,研究大学生不懈奋斗的动力机制都有重要意义。其构成要素包括主体能动原生力、利益需要内生力、理想目标引领力的内在动力机制以及宣传教育引导力、育人体系保障力、环境氛围感染力的外在动力机制。构建大学生不懈奋斗的动力机制要以崇高理想坚定大学生奋斗方向、以社会主义核心价值观凝聚大学生奋斗共识、以优良环境氛围涵养大学生奋斗情怀、以健全的高校育人体系支撑大学生奋斗行动、以利益诉求满足激发大学生奋斗欲求。From the perspective of history,reality and future development,it is great significance to study the dynamic mechanism of college students’unremitting struggle in the new era.Its constituent elements include the internal dynamic mechanism of the main body’s initiative and original force,the endogenous force of interest needs,the guiding force of ideal goals,and the external dynamic mechanism of the guiding force of publicity and education,the guarantee force of education system and the appeal of environmental atmosphere.To build the dynamic mechanism of College Students’unremitting struggle,we should strengthen the direction of College Students’struggle with lofty ideals,condense the consensus of College Students’struggle with socialist core values,cultivate college students’struggle feelings with a good environmental atmosphere,support college students’struggle with a sound college education system,and meet and stimulate college students’desire for struggle with interest demands.
