摘　　要：通过在间歇式间定床造气炉引入蒸汽递减装置,不仅降低了蒸汽消耗,同时提高了蒸汽分解率,缓解了造气循环水涨液问题通过工艺参数的优化调整,技改取得了较好效益。By introducing a steam decreasing device into the intermittent fixed bed gasifier, not only the steam consumption is reduced, but also the steam decomposition rate is improved, and the problem of liquid rise of gas making circulating water is alleviated at the same time. Through the optimization and adjustment of process parameters, the technical retrofit has achieved good benefits.
