固始县高标准农田示范水利工程规划与设计

摘　　要：固始县优质的地形和气候条件为农业生产提供了基础保障,针对固始县项目区小型农田水利设施普遍老化失修、效益衰减等问题,对项目区高标准农田水利建设做了规划,提出了工程改造原则,探究了渠道灌溉系统工程设计时的水力要素计算,有利于实现固始县项目区农田的增产增收。该工程规划与设计可为同类型的农田水利建设提供参考。High-quality terrain and climate conditions in Gushi County provide a basic guarantee for agricultural production. In view of the problems such as general aging,disrepair and benefit attenuation of small farmland water conservancy facilities in the project area of Gushi County. This paper gives a planning for high-standard farmland water conservancy construction,puts forward the principle of engineering transformation,explores the calculations of the hydraulic elements in engineering design of the channel irrigation systems.It is conducive to increasing production and income of farmland in the project area of Gushi County. The project planning and design can provide reference for the same type of irrigation and water conservancy construction.
