黎明水库存在问题及除险加固工程方案

摘　　要：黎明水库位于桐柏县月河镇徐寨村淮河支流上,是一座以防洪、灌溉为主,兼顾水产养殖等综合利用的小(2)型水库。2021年3月河南灵捷水利勘测设计研究有限公司做出了《南阳市桐柏县黎明水库除险加固工程初步设计报告》,由桐柏县水利局组织专家对初步设计进行了评审。通过对黎明水库病险问题的分析,提出了黎明水库病险问题具体除险加固方案。Liming Reservoir is located on the tributary of Huai River in Xuzhai Village,Yuehe Town,Tongbai County. It is a small( 2) reservoir focusing on flood control and irrigation and giving consideration to the aquaculture and other comprehensive utilization. In March 2021,Henan Lingjie Water Conservancy Survey,Design and Research Co.,Ltd. made the preliminary design report of risk removal and reinforcement project of Liming reservoir in Tongbai County,Nanyang City,which was reviewed by experts organized by Tongbai County Water Resources Bureau. Based on the analysis of the dangerous problem of Liming reservoir,the specific danger elimination and reinforcement scheme of Liming reservoir is put forward.
