某水库灌溉闸工程现状及维修设计

摘　　要：该水库修建于1958年,1959年建成蓄水,是一座以灌溉、供水为主,兼有防洪、旅游和生态等多种功能的小(1)型水库,主要建筑物有大坝、溢洪道、分水闸和灌溉闸各1座。水库运行60多年来,因设计防洪标准偏低,大坝年久失修,大部分已冲刷毁坏。建筑物毁坏,特别是灌溉闸闸墩局部风化,闸门碳化严重,止水橡皮老化、漏水,滚轮锈蚀严重,启闭机螺杆弯曲变形,闸门启闭困难等,严重影响工程运行和效益发挥,需重新对该建筑物进行维修设计,并对水库实施除险加固,使水库水资源得到充分利用。The reservoir was built in 1958 and was completed in 1959. It is a small( I) type reservoir with multiple functions,such as irrigation and water supply,flood control,tourism and ecology. The reservoir consists of a dam,a spillway,a diversion gate and an irrigation gate. Over the past 60 years,most of the dam have been washed and destroyed due to low flood control standards. The damage of reservoir,especially the local weathering of the irrigation gate pier,serious carbonization of the gate,aging of the water stop rubber,water leakage,serious rust of the roller,bending deformation of the screw of the hoist,difficult opening and closing of the gate,will seriously affect the operation and benefit of the project. It is necessary to repair the building and reinforce the reservoir to make full use of the water resources of the reservoir.
