摘　　要：中国的水资源具有地域分布不均的特点,为解决部分地区的用水危机,越来越多的调水工程项目开始实施。此类项目在实现水资源合理利用和调配方面有着不可替代的作用。大型调水工程在投入运行的初期阶段常常会出现各种各样的问题,为全面保障此类工程的高效运转,相关企业在大型调水工程的运行初期,必须要积极开展监督管理工作,及时发现并处理问题。基于此,详细分析了大型调水工程运行初期的监督管理对策,有利于发挥大型调水工程的经济和社会效益。The water resources of China have the characteristics of uneven geographical distribution. In order to solve the water crisis in some areas,more and more water diversion projects have been implemented. Such projects play an irreplaceable role in realizing the rational use and deployment of water resources. Iarge-scale water diversion projects often have various problems in the initial stage of operation. In order to fully ensure the efficient operation of such projects,relevant companies must actively carry out supervision and management in the initial stage of operation of largescale water diversion projects and deal with problems in time. Based on this,the supervision and management countermeasures of the large-scale water diversion project in the early stage of operation are analyzed in ditail in this article. This is conducive to the economic and social benefits of the large-scale water diversion project.
