摘 要:化学方法合成ZnO纳米材料的过程中,合成环境对ZnO纳米材料的形貌和粒径起着重要作用。利用微流控技术,在液滴内合成了ZnO纳米材料,并研究了锌盐和氨水溶液的体积流量比对制备的ZnO纳米颗粒的影响。结果表明,通过调节两个反应溶液的体积流量比改变了液滴内的溶液浓度和pH值,可合成不同粒径的ZnO纳米颗粒,最小粒径约为75 nm。此外,研究了同一微流控芯片中液滴内、微通道底部以及传统方法制备的ZnO纳米材料的形貌和粒径。实验结果表明,通过微流控芯片可以构建连续流和液滴微反应器,从而高效调控合成材料的微环境,得到纳米颗粒和纳米棒等不同形貌和粒径的ZnO纳米材料。In the synthesis process of ZnO nanomaterials by the chemical method,the synthesis environment plays an important role to the morphology and particle size of ZnO nanomaterials.ZnO nanomaterials were synthesized in droplets using microfluidic technology,and the effects of volume flow rate ratios of zinc salt to ammonia solution on the prepared ZnO nanoparticles were investigated.The results show that the solution concentration and pH value in droplets were adjusted by the volume flow rate ratios of two reaction solutions,thus the ZnO nanoparticles with different particle sizes can be synthesized,and the minimum particle size is about 75 nm.Besides,the morphologies and particle sizes of the ZnO nanomaterials prepared in droplets,at the bottom of the microchannel of the same microfluidic chip and by conventional method were researched.The experimental results show that the continuous flow and droplet microreactors can be established with the microfluidic chip to effectively adjust the microenvironment for the synthesis of the materials,thus the ZnO nanomaterials with different morphologies and particle sizes such as nanoparticles and nanorods were obtained.
