摘  要:基于X射线数字成像(DR)技术在铸件产品质量检测方面的重要作用,考察了7075铝合金铸件内部微观缺陷、内部成分与组织均匀性。结果表明,高分辨率的DR图像灰度及其分布与合金成份分布均匀性和组织均匀性存在对应关系,发现含镍7075铝合金具有更为均匀的组织结构和更少晶间缺陷,展现出更佳的极限抗拉强度和伸长率。高分辨DR对加快新材料、新产品研发展现出积极作用。Based on the important role of the X-ray digital(DR)imaging technique in the quality inspection of casting products.The internal micro-defects of 7075 aluminum alloy castings,the internal composition and microstructure uniformity of 7075 aluminum alloy were investigated.The results show that the high-resolution DR can identify small-sized intergranular shrinkage defects,and that the grayscale and its distribution of the DR image are relate to the uniform of the alloy composition and microstructure.Ni-containing 7075 aluminum alloy exhibits higher strength and more elongation for its fewer intergranular defects and more uniform chemical composition comparing with 7075 aluminum alloy.Obviously,high-resolution DR exhibits a positive effect on accelerating the development of advanced materials and novel products.
