摘　　要：流行性乙型脑炎(简称乙脑)是由乙脑病毒引起的一种人类神经系统疾病,预防乙脑的有效手段是接种疫苗。本文对SA14-14-2株乙脑减毒活疫苗在中国和其他亚洲地区的应用现状、安全性及发展趋势作一概述。Japanese encephalitis(JE)is a disease in human nerve system,which is caused by JE virus.Vaccination is an effective measure to prevent the disease.This paper reviews the the status of application,the evaluation on safety and development trends of live attenuated JE vaccine prepared with SA14-14-2 strain in China and other countries or regions in Asia.
