摘　　要：本研究扩增了苹果茎沟病毒CP基因,经克隆测序后制备了ASGV核酸标准样品,分装后进行了均匀性和稳定性检验,并联合外部实验室对标准样品进行了定值。结果表明,制备的标准样品均匀性和稳定性均达到了国家标准样品的技术要求,可用作苹果茎沟病毒核酸检测的标准质控品。In this study, the CP gene of apple stem grooving virus was amplified, and nucleic acid standard sample of the apple stem grooving virus was prepared by cloning and sequencing. The uniformity and stability of the standard sample were tested after prepackaging, and the value of the standard sample was determined in conjunction with external laboratories. The results showed that the uniformity and stability of the prepared standard sample met the technical requirements of the national standard sample, and it could be used as the standard quality control material for the nucleic acid detection of apple stem grooving virus.
