饮用水中铅摄入对小鼠血液指标的影响

摘　　要：以SPF级昆明雄性小鼠为试验对象,研究慢性铅暴露条件下小鼠血液指标变化情况。结果表明:与空白对照组比较,铅暴露组血小板计数、白细胞计数、嗜中性粒细胞计数、单核细胞计数降低,淋巴细胞计数升高,但各处理组之间不具有显著性差异;铅低剂量组红细胞计数、红细胞比容、血红蛋白含量降低,而铅高剂量组红细胞计数、红细胞比容、血红蛋白含量升高,各处理组之间不具有显著性差异。本研究的铅暴露浓度对血液指标未造成显著影响。Taking SPF-grade Kunming male mice as test subjects, the changes of blood indexes in mice under chronic lead exposure conditions were studied. The results showed that, compared with the blank control group, platelet count, white blood cell count, neutrophils count, monocyte count decreased and lymphocytes count increased in lead exposure group, but there were no significant difference among the treatment groups. Red blood cell count, red blood cell volume and hemoglobin content decreased in the lead-low-dose group, but increased in the lead-high-dose group, there were no significant difference among the treatment groups. Lead exposure concentration in this study had no significant influence on blood indexes.
