摘 要:为明确伏旱烟叶烘烤的适宜湿度,通过设置烘烤变黄期、定色期关键恒温点的湿球温度,研究伏旱烟叶烘烤湿度对烤后烟叶品质的影响。结果表明,随着干湿差加大,烤烟等级质量总体呈先增后降的趋势,化学成分含量及协调性总体呈逐渐降低的趋势,评吸质量总体呈先增后降的趋势。建议伏旱烤烟变黄前期、变黄后期和定色期干球、湿球温度分别设置为:干球温度38℃、湿球温度37℃,干球温度42℃、湿球温度37.5℃,干球温度47℃、湿球温度39℃。In order to find the appropriate humidity for baking tobacco leaves in summer drought, the effect of baking humidity on the quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves was studied by setting the wet bulb temperature of the key constant temperature points during the baking yellowing period and the color fixation period. The results showed that with the increase of dry-wet difference, the overall grade quality of flue-cured tobacco showed a trend of first increase and then decrease, the content of chemical components and coordination showed a gradual decreasing trend, and the overall smoking quality showed a trend of first increase and then decrease. The dry bulb and wet bulb temperatures of earlier yellowing period, later yellowing period and color fixation period for baking tobacco leaves in summer drought could be set as follows, dry bulb temperature 38 ℃, wet bulb temperature 37 ℃;dry bulb temperature 42 ℃, wet bulb temperature 37.5 ℃;dry bulb temperature 47 ℃, wet bulb temperature 39 ℃.
