摘　　要：本文选取云南省昆明市海晏村为研究对象,运用ASEB栅格分析法对问卷数据进行SWOT分析。基于游客角度,针对其问题提出海晏村旅游资源提升策略,以期促进当地旅游业迅速发展、提高人民经济收入。This paper selected Haiyan Village, Kunming City, Yunnan Province as the research object, and used ASEB grid analysis method to conduct SWOT analysis on the questionnaire data. From the perspective of tourists, this paper put forward the promotion strategy of tourism resources in Haiyan Village, in order to promote the rapid development of local tourism and improve people′s economic income.
