摘  要:以干压成型方式制备了碳-陶瓷线性电阻试样,研究了成型压力对碳-陶瓷线性电阻成型密度及烧结陶瓷体积密度、气孔率、电阻率、温度系数、短时热容量等性能的影响,并对其击穿通道进行了微观分析。结果表明成型压力通过影响碳陶瓷线性电阻的成型坯体密度从而影响了烧结后陶瓷体积密度、气孔率、吸水率等性能,使得电阻的导电链的分布产生差异,进而影响其电阻率及短时热容量等电性能;电阻的破坏形式为热应力造成的机械破坏。Carbon ceramic linear resistor samples were prepared by dry pressing. The effects of molding pressure on molding density, bulk density, porosity, resistivity, temperature coefficient and instantaneous heat capacity of carbon ceramic linear resistor were studied. The breakdown channel was analyzed in micro scale. The results show that the molding pressure affects the bulk density, porosity, water absorption by the influence of molding density of carbon ceramic linear resistor, which makes the difference of conductive chain of the resistor, and then affects the electrical properties such as resistivity and instantaneous heat capacity;the destruction form of resistor is mechanical damage caused by thermal stress.
