摘 要:本文对中低碳低合金钢质缸筒件热处理工艺进行了优化,获得了其较为理想的热处理工艺参数。对钢质缸筒件对应的中低碳低合金钢的连续冷却转变曲线进行了测定,并根据其连续冷却转变曲线结果,通过优化奥氏体化温度、淬火转移时间、水冷时间等参数,并创新性地采用震荡淬火工艺,获得了满足中低碳低合金钢质缸筒件性能和淬火畸变要求的热处理工艺。In this paper, the heat treatment processes of medium and low carbon low-alloy steel cylindrical parts were optimized and the ideal heat treatment parameters were obtained. The continuous cooling transformation(CCT) curves of the medium and low carbon low-alloy steel were measured to guide the design of heat treatment processes. According to the CCT curves, the heat treatment processes which satisfy performance and quenching distortion of the steel cylindrical parts were achieved by optimizing parameters of the austenitizing temperature, the water-entry temperature of the workpiece and the water cooling time as well as innovatively using the oscillation quenching process.
