摘 要:42CrMo/Q345异种钢结构部件的应用越来越广泛,异种钢的焊接与同种钢相比要困难的多。因此,异种钢的焊接方法和工艺受到了广泛重视。本文探究了以无氧铜TU1为焊料进行炉中钎焊的工艺,并对焊接接头进行了金相组织观察和疲劳试验。疲劳试验结果表明:在220 MPa应力幅值下,焊缝厚度分别为0.50、0.75和1.10 mm的试样疲劳断裂均发生在焊缝处,焊缝厚度为0.15和0.35 mm未发生断裂。并且随着钎焊层厚度的增加,接头的循坏次数在逐渐减小。绘制了间隙为0.35 mm接头的疲劳S-N曲线,得到其疲劳极限约为235 MPa。最终获得了性能优良的焊接接头,对42CrMo与Q345异种钢焊接具有一定的参考价值。The application of 42CrMo/Q345 dissimilar steel structure parts is more and more extensive, and the welding of dissimilar steel is more difficult than that of the same steel. Therefore, the welding methods and processes of dissimilar steel have been widely valued. In this paper, the technology of brazing in furnace with oxygen free copper TU1 as solder is studied, the microstructure of the welded joint is observed, and the fatigue test of welded joint is carried out. The fatigue test shows that under the stress amplitude of 220 MPa, the fatigue fracture of specimens with weld thickness of 0.50, 0.75 and 1.10 mm occurs at the weld, and there is no fracture at the thickness of 0.15 mm and 0.35 mm. With the increase of brazing layer thickness, the cycle failure times of the joint is gradually decreasing. The fatigue S-N curve of the joint with a clearance of 0.35 mm is drawn, and the fatigue limit is about 235 MPa. Finally, the welded joint with excellent performance is obtained, which has a certain reference value for welding 42CrMo and Q345 dissimilar steel.
