摘　　要：两工位齿轮模压淬火机床是针对渗碳钢齿轮、套圈及盘类零件模压淬火而研制开发的一种新产品。在分析机床工作原理的基础上,介绍了该机床结构、工件淬火冷却系统、淬火油温度控制系统、液压系统、气动系统、模具结构、电气系统等。该机床具有自动化程度高、可靠性好、淬火工件质量稳定等显著特点,具有良好的经济效益。The two-station gear press quenching machine is a new product developed for press hardening of carburized steel gears, rings and disc parts. Based on the analysis of the working principle of the machine tool, the machine tool structure, workpiece quenching cooling system, quenching oil temperature control system, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, mold structure and electrical system are introduced.This machine tool has remarkable characteristics such as high degree of automation, good reliability and stable quality of quenched workpieces, and has good economic benefits.
