摘　　要：随着医学模式的转变,心理问题对于疾病发生、发展及治疗的影响越来越受到关注,若诊断不及时可能对孕产妇及其伴侣和婴儿的健康产生严重的长期影响。本文通过阅读近年国内外关于围生期妇女常见心理问题的研究,总结并介绍关于其流行病学、筛查手段、预防及治疗等方面的研究进展,了解围生期妇女精神卫生问题对于子代的影响。加强卫生专业人员心理社会问题评估的培训,采取有效干预方法缓解围生期妇女不良的精神心理状态,具有重要意义。With the change of medical model,the impact of common psychological disorders on the occurrence,development and treatment has been paid more attention to.If the diagnosis is not timely,it can result in serious long-term effects on the wellbeing of women,their partners and infants.We reviewed the recent foreign studies on the common psychological problems of perinatal women and summarize the epidemiology,identification and interventions,so as to understand the impact on the offspring.It is of great significance to strengthen the training for health professionals in wider psychosocial assessment and to adopt effective intervention methods to alleviate the adverse psychological state of perinatal women.
