摘 要:针对云南某低镁中低品位胶磷矿进行浮选实验,探索磨矿细度,粗选硫酸用量、磷酸用量、捕收剂用量对浮选指标的影响。结果表明:采用一粗一精,中矿闭路返回单反浮选流程,在磨矿细度<0.074 mm占比83.94%,粗选药剂制度H_(2)SO_(4)用量14.0 kg/t、H_(3)PO_(4)用量2.0 kg/t、YP6-2B用量1.50 kg/t时,w(P_(2)O_(5))为25.25%的胶磷矿经浮选后可获得w(P_(2)O_(5))为29.38%、w(MgO)为0.86%、P_(2)O_(5)回收率为90.82%的精矿,精矿符合下游磷酸生产对磷矿的品质要求。Flotation experiments of a medium and low grade collophanite with low magnesium in Yunnan are implemented for investigating the influences of grinding fineness,dosage of sulfuric acid,dosage of phosphoric acid and dosage of collector on flotation performance.The results show that the concentrate with w(P_(2)O_(5))of 29.38%,w(MgO)of 0.86% can be obtained,the recovery rate of P_(2)O_(5) can reach 90.82%by implementing single reverse flotation(rough flotation and cleaning flotation with the middling returning to roughing stage)under the optimized parameters,which grinding fineness less than 0.074 mm accounts for 83.94%,the dosage of H_(2)SO_(4),H_(3)PO_(4),YP6-2B are 14.0 kg/t,2.0 kg/t,1.50 kg/t respectively.The concentrate meets the quality requirements of phosphate rock for downstream phosphoric acid production.
