摘　　要：黄磷炉排渣时,1400℃的高温液态炉渣通过冷却变成低温固态,释放大量的热量。按照传统水淬冷却工艺排渣,热量进入冲渣水中,产生大量水蒸气,带走大量热量的同时带来环境问题。贵州省瓮安县瓮福黄磷有限公司选择风淬冷却工艺干法排渣,炉渣热通过空气载体进行换热,热空气用于干燥、加热物料等,节约了水资源,降低了能耗和黄磷生产成本,环保效益好。During slag discharge of yellow phosphorus furnace,the high-temperature(1400℃)liquid phosphorus slag becomes solid through cooling,and a lot of heat is released at the same time.According to the traditional process,the slag is cooled by water quenching method,and the heat of slag enters the slag flushing water to produce a large amount of steam,which takes away a large amount of heat and brings environmental problems at the same time.Wengfu Yellow Phosphorus Co.,Ltd.,Weng’an County,Guizhou Province selects the air quenching cooling process for slag discharge,the phosphorus slag heat is exchanged through the air carrier,and the hot air is used for drying and heating materials,saving water resources,reducing energy consumption and the production cost of yellow phosphorus,having good environmental benefits.
