水工业遗产的保护与更新——基于石家庄既有水塔的调查

摘　　要：水工业遗产是对满足生产和生活用水需求的特殊工业形式中物质与非物质遗存的统称。以石家庄现存90多座水塔遗存为例,将民用和工业两类水塔划定为水工业遗存,并分析其作为工业遗产的价值。通过实地调研与统计分析讨论现存水塔在城市中分布的密度与规律、结构类型与适用性等特征,并尝试建立水塔与城市供水系统发展、城市规划与建设之间的联系,针对不同价值的水塔,从城市总体规划、工业遗产景观规划以及单体建筑改造等维度入手,结合实例提出具体的保护与改造策略。Water industry heritage is a collective term for the material and Intangible remains of special industrial forms that meet production and living needs.Taking the remains of more than 90 existing water towers in Shijiazhuang as an example,the paper classifies water towers for civil or industrial use as water industry remains,and determines its value as an industrial heritage.Through field research and statistical analysis,the density and regularity of their distribution,and structural type and applicabilityand other characteristics are preliminarily obtained.Therefore,the relationship between water tower with development of urban water supply system,urban planning and construction is established.Furthermore,for different values,the paper put forward tactics for preservation and reformation form three spatial dimensions of macro,meso and micro,including urban master planning,industrial heritage landscape planning,and building renovation.The paper aims to promote the scientific conservation and renewal of water industry heritage.
