世界城市金融业圈层发展路径研究——以伦敦为例

摘　　要：金融业发展水平及国际影响力是评价城市国际地位的重要指标。伦敦作为国际金融中心和世界城市,其金融业发展经验可为我国世界城市建设提供参考。基于圈层结构理论,以伦敦空间圈层为参照,在梳理伦敦金融业发展现状基础上,对伦敦金融业区域发展路径进行深入剖析,总结不同圈层金融业的发展特点、实现过程及各类主体作用。结合北京金融业发展现状,提出北京应从提升金融业国际影响力、城市支撑力和区域辐射力等方面入手,不断完善产业发展生态,优化产业布局,推动资源要素自由流动,发挥金融业在城市和区域发展中的引领支撑作用。Development and influence of financial industry in a city is regarded as an important index for international city evaluation.London,as a well-known international financial center and world city,its experience of financial industry development could be valuable reference for world city building in China.Based on spatial layer theory and in light with London’s spatial layers,the article summarizes the status quo of financial industry of the city,makes a thorough analysis of its regional development path which demonstrates obvious layer characteristics,and concludes the development feature and roles of different stakeholders.Considering financial industry current situation and development goal of the city,the article proposes that Beijing could focus on the improvement of international influence,urban support and regional radiation,such as perfecting financial biological system,optimizing industrial layer out,promoting resources flow,so as to fully extends the leading and supporting role of financial industry.
