摘  要:新时代,新生代青年的思想变化呈现出许多新动态和新特点,即在社会认知、社会认可、社会参与意愿等方面表现为同化与融合,在价值取向、主流价值认同等方面表现为一定程度的分化与偏离。这种思想变化会对中国未来社会的发展产生双重影响,从积极建构方面来看,鲜明的个体性和主动性有助于现代理念的培育,较强的平等性和包容性有助于促进社会合作,较高的交互性和创新性有助于促进社会治理;从消极解构方面来看,社会认知的提高易造成社会挫折感增强,社会认可的泛化易导致价值观整合难度增大,社会认同的紊乱易危及社会正常秩序,社会参与的无序易加大社会运行风险。基于此,本文提出从规避性策略和引导性策略两个方面对新生代青年进行规治。The ideological changes of the new generation of youth show many new trends and new characteristics,that is,assimilation and integration in social cognition,social recognition and willingness to participate in society,and differentiation and deviation to a certain extent in value orientation and mainstream value identification.This ideological change will have a dual impact on the development of China’s future society.From the perspective of positive construction,distinct individuality and initiative are conducive to the cultivation of modern ideas,strong equality and inclusiveness are conducive to promoting social cooperation,and high interactivity and innovation are conducive to promoting social governance;From the perspective of negative deconstruction,the improvement of social cognition is easy to enhance social frustration,the generalization of social recognition is easy to increase the difficulty of value integration,the disorder of social identity is easy to endanger the normal order of society,and the disorder of social participation is easy to increase the risk of social operation.Based on this,this paper proposes to regulate the new generation of youth from two aspects:evasive strategy and guiding strategy.
