摘  要:针对航空机载电子设备对测试性要求的不断提高,本文以机载综合通信导航识别设备为例给出了一种测试性总体设计方案。依据测试性准则,搭建了一种新型的测试性总体架构,提出了机内测试技术和在线检测技术相结合的测试思想,并阐述了这两种技术的设计实现方法,经工程应用验证了该方案的可行性和有效性。In view of the increasing requirements of airborne electronic equipment for testability,this paper takes integrated communication navigation identification (ICNI) equipment as an example to give a testability overall design scheme.According to the testability criterion,a new overall testability architecture was built,and the idea of combining the built-in test technology with the online test technology was put forward,and the design and implementation methods of the two technologies were described.The feasibility and effectiveness of the scheme were verified by the engineering application.
