海水速溶型AM/AA/AMPS三元共聚物驱油剂的合成及性能

摘　　要：以丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酸(AA)和2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为聚合单体,在模板存在的条件下,合成一种海水速溶聚合物。对反应体系的引发剂浓度、引发温度、单体浓度、模板聚合物浓度以及助剂浓度对分子量的影响进行了研究,结果表明:在引发剂质量分数为0.01%、引发温度10~15℃、单体质量分数为20%、模板聚合物质量分数为0.2%、甲酸钠质量分数为0.2%时,获得的海水速溶聚合物的分子量最大;对海水速溶聚合物与普通线性聚合物及疏水缔合聚合物的溶解性能进行了比较,结果发现:海水速溶聚合物溶解时间约20 min,而另外两种聚合物溶解时间大于60 min;驱油实验结果表明:海水速溶聚合物的驱油效率比普通线性聚合物高2.26%。Using acrylamide(AM),acrylic acid(AA)and 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS)as monomers,a kind of seawater instant polymer was synthesized in the presence of template.The effects of initiator concentration,initiator temperature,monomer concentration,template polymer concentration and promoter concentration on the molecular weight of the reaction system were studied.Results showed that when the initiator concentration was 0.01%,initiator temperature was 10-15℃,monomer concentration was 20%,template polymer concentration was 0.2%,and sodium formate concentration was 0.2%,the molecular weight of the obtained seawater instant polymer was the largest.The dissolving properties of seawater instant polymer,ordinary linear polymer,and hydrophobic associating polymer were compared.Results showed that the dissolution time of seawater instant polymer was about 20 min,while the dissolution time of the other two polymers was more than 60 minites.The oil displacement experiment results showed that the enhanced oil recovery of seawater instant polymer was 2.26%higher than that of ordinary linear polymer.
