摘  要:随着部分高含水海上油田大泵提液的快速实施,油田采出液量加大,处理流程中随之产生的含油污泥逐年增加。利用复配型高效油泥分离剂,采用热化学分离法处理含油污泥,形成了热化学反应—静置分离—油层回收—污水循环利用的含油污泥处理技术,结果表明:现场含油污泥样品经处理后,油泥中的原油回收率高达94.15%,实现了含油污泥的资源化利用。With the rapid implementation of large pumps in some high water-cut offshore oilfields,the amount of fluid produced in the oilfields has increased,and the amount of oily sludge produced in the treatment process has increased year by year.Using dynamical sludge separator and the thermal chemical treatment technology,and studing on the best conditions of separation technology,the complete processing technology of thermal chemical reaction,separation on standing,crude oil recovery and recycling of waste water was determined.The results showed that the recovery rate of crude oil of the samples dealt reached over 94.15%,playing an important role in recycling of oily sludge.
