摘 要:微库仑法是测定原油中总氯含量的主要方法,其测定的过程及结果易受到仪器和环境等诸多因素的影响。对微库仑法测定原油中总氯含量的仪器参数进行了分析与考察,结果表明:在载气流量300 mL/min、在氯气流量400 mL/min、汽化段温度850℃、燃烧段温度1000℃条件下,微库法测定的总氯含量的RSD值不超过5%,能够满足分析要求。同时,总氯含量测定过程中易受到基线不稳、转化率异常、环境因素、部件损坏等因素的影响,本文对其影响因素及处理方法进行了分析与归纳。The chlorine concentration in crude oil is mainly detected by microcoulometric method.The analysis results are easily affected by the enviroment and instrument.Instrumental parametes of analysis process by microcoulometric method were analyzed and investigated.Results showed that the optimal nitrogen and oxygen flow rate was 300 mL/min and 400 mL/min,and the vaporization temperature for the microcoulometer was 850℃,combustion temperature was 1000℃.Precision of test method was also studied and the RDS was less than 5%,which met the analysis requirement.The common problems of baseline instability,abnormal coversion rate,environmental factor,and parts damage in the analysis process were also summarized,and the interfering factor and treatments of common problems were analyzed and concluded.
