泸州居民健康管理服务需求利用情况的定性研究

摘　　要：目的:了解泸州居民对健康管理服务的需求及利用情况,探讨目前健康管理工作中存在的问题,为各级政府制订健康管理政策和医疗卫生机构采取相关策略提供依据。方法:采用自行设计的半结构式访谈提纲,2019年6月至7月,选取泸州龙马潭社区及天兴镇62名居民进行个人深入访谈,利用主题、归纳、问题树分析法对资料进行分析。结果:居民对健康管理服务需求大(53/62,85.5%),多数居民愿意为其支付一定费用(41/62,66.1%)。健康体检、健康档案、饮食营养和运动指导、慢性病控制与干预等项目的需求度处于前列。居民对疾病宣传(54/62,87.1%)、健康体检(62/62)服务的利用度高,多数居民(48/62,77.4%)也接受过其他健康管理服务,利用度处于前列的包括建档、饮食营养和运动指导、健康咨询、中医养生保健等。结论:未来需加大健康管理服务的宣传力度,拓展服务内容,不断提升服务水平。Objective:To explore the current problems of health management work,and provide a basis for the governments to formulate effective health management policies and the medical institutions to adopt related strategies,the residents'demands and utiliza-rion of health management services were assessed.Methods:From June to July 2019,a self-designed senii-structured health management interview outline was designed and individual in-depth interviews were conducted to interview 62 residents in Longmatan community and Tianxing Town.The data was analyzed by"theme","induction","problem tree"analysis methods.ResultsiThe demands for health management services were quite great(53/62,85.5%)and most residents were also willing to pay for them(41/62,66.1%).The demands degree of physical check-up,health files,diet nutrition and exercise guidance,chronic disease control and intervention services,etc.were at the forefront.Disease publicity(54/62,87.1%)and physical check-up(62/62)services were highly utilized.Many residents(48/62,77.4%)have also received other health management services,including health files,diet nutrition and exercise guidance,health consultation,health care of traditional Chinese medicine,etc.Conclusion.In the future,it is necessary to enhance the publicity of health management services,expand the content of health management services,and continuously improve the quality of health management services.
