摘　　要：选择与氢氟烃类制冷剂R1234yf相溶性良好的合成酯类润滑油基础油,通过对抗氧剂、抗磨剂和水解稳定剂等功能添加剂的筛选,确定了添加剂配方体系,研制出了具有较好的氧化安定性、水解安定性、润滑性和低温性的新型酯类合成冷冻机油,各项理化性能指标与进口冷冻机油指标相当,并且通过了国内某压缩机厂的压缩机台架评定试验,压缩机运行平稳,可以满足R1234yf制冷剂用汽车空调制冷压缩机的工况要求。The synthetic ester lubricating base oil with good compatibility with hydrofluorocarbon refrigerant R1234 yf was selected. Through the screening of functional additives such as antioxidant, antiwear agent and hydrolysis stabilizer, the additive formulation system was determined, and a new type of ester synthetic refrigerator oil with good oxidation stability, hydrolysis stability, lubricity and low temperature performance was developed. Its physical and chemical performance indicators are equivalent to those of imported refrigeration oil, and it has passed the compressor bench evaluation test of a domestic compressor factory. The compressor runs smoothly. The refrigeration oil can meet the working condition requirements of automobile air conditioning refrigeration compressor with R1234 yf refrigerant.
