摘 要:为了应对全球变暖和进一步的石油消耗,强烈要求减少二氧化碳的排放,并制定严格的燃油消耗法规,以提高汽车的燃油经济性。日本于2019年6月推出了最新汽油机油标准JASO M364:2019,标准中只有SAE 0W-8和0W-12两个黏度等级,是具有低黏度和出色燃油经济性的标准,其发动机可靠性等效于ILSAC GF-6标准。文章从标准制定背景和制定情况,以及标准的指标设置及要求等方面对JASO M364:2019进行了详细介绍,并分析了其与ILSAC GF-6的区别,提出了对我国的发动机油标准化的几点思考。In order to prevent global warming and further more oil consumption, it is strongly required to reduce carbon dioxide emissions, and to formulate strict fuel consumption regulations to improve the fuel economy of automobiles. Japan promulgated the latest gasoline engine oil standard JASO M364:2019 in June 2019. There are only two viscosity grades of SAE 0 W-8 and 0 W-12 in the standard. It is a standard with low viscosity and excellent fuel economy, and its engine reliability is equivalent to ILSAC GF-6 standard. This article gives a detailed introduction to JASO M364:2019 from the background and development of the standard, as well as the performance setting and requirements, and analyzes the difference between it and ILSAC GF-6, and proposes some thoughts of engine oil standardization in China.
