间苯三酚联合双氯芬酸钠栓用于药流后清宫术中镇痛的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察间苯三酚联合双氯芬酸钠栓用于药流后清宫术中镇痛的效果。方法回顾性分析安福县人民医院2019年12月—2020年12月60例药流后清宫术患者的临床资料,按入院顺序分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例),观察组于常规麻醉前给予间苯三酚联合双氯芬酸钠栓治疗,对照组于常规麻醉前给予卡前列甲酯。观察2组患者手术时间、术中出血量、Koleaba舒适状况评分变化,对比2组患者镇痛总有效率及人流综合征发生率。结果与对照组比较,观察组手术时间缩短、术中出血量减少,舒适状态量表评分升高(P<0.05);镇痛总有效率升高,人流综合征发生率降低(P<0.05)。结论间苯三酚联合双氯芬酸钠栓可提高药流后清宫术镇痛效果,降低人流综合征发生率,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the analgesic effect of phloroglucinol combined with diclofenac sodium suppositoryfor uterine clearing after drug flow.Methods A retrospective analysis of the upcoming county people's hospital in December 2019 to December 2020,60 patients after medicine flows qing the analgesic effect of different anesthetic methods,according to admission order were divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)and observation group in the conventional phloroglucinol before anesthesia with diclofenac sodium suppository therapy,the control group conventional methyl card front before anesthesia;The operative time,intraoperative blood loss,KOLEaba comfort score of 2 groups were observed,and the total analgesic effective rate and the incidence of induced abortion syndrome were compared between 2 groups.Result Compared with the control group,the observation group had shorter operation time,less intraoperative blood loss,higher comfort state scale score(P<0.05),higher total analgesia effective rate,and lower incidence of abortion syndrome(P<0.05).Conclusion Phloroglucinol combined with diclofenac sodium suppositorcan improve the analgesic effect of uterine clearing after drug flow and reduce the incidence of induced abortion syndrome,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
