摘　　要：Bilingualism is a social phenomenon that individuals communicate with each other with two language systems.Bilingualism has some certain positive effects on the individual’s cognition development and language acquisition process.Besides,bilingualism also promotes the globalization and is an essential characteristic of“cultured”.
