摘 要:针对攀钢半钢冶炼转炉热源不足,废钢消耗偏低的问题,通过对转炉热平衡计算,得出了不同半钢条件下的理论废钢消耗量以及终点碳、温度与废钢消耗量的对应关系。通过采用半钢增硅+转炉碳质提温相结合的提温方式进行热补偿,以及采用优化造渣加料制度、降低出钢温度等技术措施后,终点钢水碳含量由0.048%提高到0.068%,转炉出钢温度由1658℃降低到1638℃,在吨钢辅料消耗更低的情况下,脱磷率平均提高1.1个百分点,废钢消耗由原来的38.9 kg/t_(钢)提高到68.7 kg/t_(钢)。According to low consumption of scrap consumption in semi-steel smelting converter at Panzhihua Steel caused by insufficient heat source of semi-steel,by calculating the heat balance of the converter,the theoretical scrap consumption under different semi-steel conditions and the corresponding relationship between the end-point carbon,temperature and scrap consumption are obtained.By charging silicon in semi-steel and using carbon during blowing for thermal compensation and adopting technical measures of optimized slag charging system,reducing tapping temperature,the carbon content at the end-point of molten steel has increased from 0.048%to 0.068%,BOF tapping temperature reduced from 1658℃to 1638℃,in the case of a lower material consumption of per ton steel,the dephosphorization rate increased by 1.1 percentage point on average,and the scrap consumption increases from original 38.9 kg/t_(钢)to 68.7 kg/t_(钢)as well.
