摘 要:为研究盘式刹车装置对其固联齿轮的影响建立了二者耦合动力学模型,模型中考虑了对齿轮运行过程有较大影响的时变啮合刚度,齿侧间隙和摩擦力,轮齿拍击带来的刚度摩擦变化,并考虑盘式刹车装置的变摩擦系数。之后以某急刹工况进行仿真,仿真结果显示,刹车过程中齿轮低速状态会出现非正常啮合状态,并会加剧轴端振动。之后使用与仿真模型参数相同的实验台进行同工况刹车实验,实验结果表明急刹过程低速状态时齿轮轴端振动加剧,盘式刹车系统会给齿轮带来影响。In order to study the disc brake effect on its fixed gear,the dynamics model coupling disc brake and gear pair is estab⁃lished.The model considers time-varying meshing stiffness,gear backlash and friction which have great influence on gear run⁃ning process.The variable friction coefficient of disc brake is also considered in the model.The simulation results show that the ab⁃normal meshing will occur in low speed during the braking process,and the gearbox vibration will be aggravated.Then the experi⁃mental drive train with the same parameters as the simulation model is established to carry out the braking experiment.The experi⁃mental results show that the gearbox vibration is aggravated at low speed during the braking process.Both simulation and experi⁃ment shows that the disc brake will affect the gear pair and gearbox.
