转换桥方法在工业品标识异构性问题中的应用

摘　　要：工业互联网中,多种标识体系的共存会产生大量的矛盾问题,尤其是单一识别方式与不同结构的标识之间产生的矛盾问题是制约工业品互联互通性的瓶颈之一。分析研究工业品标识技术中对立问题的具体表现形式,通过可拓学转换桥方法消除工业品异构标识的转化冲突,给出对立问题的基元形式化表示、共存度函数以及转换桥形式化定义,并以游梁式抽油机异构标识冲突的转化为实例,利用转换桥方法消解因多种标识体系产生的标识异构性对立冲突问题是一种有效思路与方法。In the industrial Internet,The coexistence of multiple identification systems will generate a lot of contradictions,espe⁃cially the contradiction between the single identification method and the identification of different structures is one of the bottle⁃necks restricting the interoperability of industrial products.Analyze and study the contradictions in the industrial product identifi⁃cation technology,eliminate the transformation conflict of the heterogeneous identification of industrial products through the ex⁃tension conversion bridge method,and give the formal representation of the primitives of the opposite problem,the coexistence function and the formal definition of the conversion bridge,and Taking the transformation of the heterogeneous identification conflict of the beam pumping unit as an example,it is an effective idea and method to use the conversion bridge method to elimi⁃nate the conflict of identity heterogeneity caused by multiple identification systems.
