摘 要:小冠头双线螺栓用衬套由于结构较小,在压铆过程中易受多种因素影响。为此针对直径9.8mm,高3mm的小冠头双线螺栓用衬套与壁板沉头孔间隙配合的方式,通过墩头挤压使其衬套根部胀大被固定的方法进行压铆实验,应用Abaqus有限元分析软件,改变小冠头双线螺栓用衬套与壁板沉头孔的间隙量和墩头倾角,对压铆力以及小冠头双线螺栓用衬套变形量进行研究,将模拟结果与实际情况进行比较,结果表明:在一定范围内,压铆力随着间隙量和墩头倾角的减小而增大,适当的增大墩头倾角可有效的增加小冠头双线螺栓用衬套变形量。研究成果可为类似衬套工件的配合提供参考。Because of its small structure,the bushing for small crown head double wire bolt is easily affected by many factors in the process of riveting.Therefore aimed at 9.8 mm in diameter,height 3 mm of the small crown head double bolt countersunk head bushing and wall plate hole clearance fit,the way by the pier head extrusion swell the bushing root are fixed pressure riveting experiment method,the application of the finite element analysis software Abaqus,change little league double bolt head bushing with wainscot countersunk hole interval and the pier head angle,the pressure riveting force and small cup double bolt head bush⁃ing deformation is studied,the simulation results compared with the actual situation,the results showed that:In a certain range,the pressure riveting force increases with the decrease of clearance amount and the dip angle of pier head,and an appropriate in⁃crease of the dip angle of pier head can effectively increase the deformation of bushing used for small crown double-line bolts.The research results can provide reference for the matching of similar bushing workpiece.
