摘  要:针对通用丝锥加工高硬度工件材料时出现刀具磨损快、扭矩增大等问题,在通用丝锥结构基础之上,以加工钛合金为例,利用AdvantEdge软件对丝锥攻丝过程进行仿真模拟,采用正交试验和极差分析法,以最小轴向力、最小扭矩、和最低温度为评价指标,研究了丝锥前角、后角、锥角、转速对攻丝过程的影响规律,优化了丝锥结构参数和加工参数。并对优化后丝锥与通用丝锥进行了有限元仿真实验,进行了实验结果对比分析。结果表明丝锥前角4°、后角10°、锥角6°、转速125r/min的优组合丝锥结构合理,且温度、扭矩、推力以及刀齿应力均显著下降。Rapidly tool wear and increasing torque are prone to be found during machining a high-hardness workpiece using uni⁃versal tap.Based on this reality,taking titanium alloy as an example,the process of tap tapping is simulated by AdvantEdge soft⁃ware,which on the structure basis of universal tap.Using Orthogonal test and range analysis method,and taking minimize axial force,minimum torque and minimum temperature as evaluation indexes,the law of influence that front angle,posterior angle,cone angle and speed of the taps to tapping process is studied.Then structural and machining parameters of the taps are opti⁃mized.The finite element simulation experiment is carried out on the optimized tap and the common tap.The outcome are com⁃pared and analyzed.The results indicates that the optimal combination tap with a front angle of 4,a posterior angle of 10,a ta⁃per angle of 6 and a rotating speed of 125 r/min is more reasonable in structure.The temperature,torque,thrust and tooth stress all decrease significantly compared with common tap tapping.
