摘 要:药理学实验教学作为药理学课程的重要组成部分,不仅仅是药理学理论教学的延续与补充,而且是培育学员科研思维能力、锻炼实验操作技能的实践性课程,助力学员科研素养与实践能力的培养与提升。该文从药理学实验教学的现状与存在的问题出发,瞄准提升学员的科研素养和实践能力这一教学目标,结合笔者及其所在教学团队的一系列教学改革措施,提出通过改进教学模式、丰富教学手段、丰富考核方式、鼓励青年教师二次进修、融入思政元素等方式,引导学员积极有效地进行科研实践训练,强化学员科研思维能力的培养,希望能为药理学实验教学改革提供一些参考。As an important part of pharmacology teaching,the experimental course is not only a continuation and supplement of theory teaching,but also a practical course that cultivates students’ability on scientific research thinking and experimental operation skills,laying a foundation for students in obtaining scientific literacy and practical ability.Focusing on the teaching goal of improving the students’scientific research literacy and practical ability,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of pharmacology experimental course,and puts forward a series of reform measures according to the teaching experience of the writers and their teaching team,such as the improvement of teaching patterns and means,diversified evaluation mode,young teachers for further study and incorporation of ideological and political elements.These measures help to guide students to carry out active and effective scientific research practice training,and strengthen the cultivation of students’scientific research thinking ability,hoping to provide some reference for the reform of pharmacology experiment teaching mode.
