摘　　要：勃起功能障碍(ED)是最常见的男性性功能障碍。其病因多种多样,其中动脉性因素是ED常见的病因之一。传统评估血管性ED通常会采用国际勃起功能指数-5(IIEF-5)、阴茎多普勒超声和阴茎血管造影等技术。最近有研究发现,L-精氨酸、血清胎球蛋白-A、内皮特异性分子等心血管疾病相关的血清生化指标可以用来评估动脉性ED的严重程度,因其检测操作简单、创伤小,并且具有较好的特异性,或许可以成为未来筛查动脉性ED的一个新方向。本文就近年来此方面的研究作一综述,以便为今后进一步研究提供参考。Erectile dysfunction(ED)is the most common male sexual dysfunction.Its etiology is varied,among which arteriosis is one of the common etiology of ED.Traditionally,vascular ED is assessed using the international index erectile function-5(IIEF-5),penile Doppler ultrasound,and penile angiography.Recent studies have found that some serum biochemical indicators related to cardiovascular diseases,such as L-arginine,serum fetuin-A,endothelial specific molecules,can be used to estimate the severity of arterial ED.Because of its simple operation,small trauma,and good specificity,it may become a new direction of future screening on arterial ED.This article summarizes the research in this area in recent years in order to provide references for further research in the future.
