疏肝益阳胶囊与万艾可联合治疗2型糖尿病合并男性性功能障碍对患者性激素水平、心理和人际关系的影响

摘　　要：目的疏肝益阳胶囊与万艾可联合治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并男性性功能障碍(SD)患者对其性激素水平及简化式心理和人际关系量表(SF-PAIRS)评分的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年7月兴安盟人民医院诊治的76例T2DM合并SD患者作为研究对象。根据简单随机数字表法分为两组,各38例。对照组予以万艾可治疗,研究组予以疏肝益阳胶囊联合万艾可治疗。比较两组治疗前后SF-PAIRS评分、睾酮(T)和雌二醇(E_(2))水平、治疗后临床疗效和治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果研究组总有效率为71.05%,显著高于对照组的47.37%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组T水平及性自信、性自然指数评分显著升高,研究组显著高于对照组,E_(2)水平及时间顾虑评分显著降低,研究组显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疏肝益阳胶囊与万艾可联合治疗T2DM合并SD效果较好,可明显改善患者性激素水平、心理和人际关系。Objective To investigate the effect of Shugan Yiyang Capsule and Viagra on the level of sex hormones and the score of the short form of psychological and interpersonal relationship scale(SF-PAIRS)in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)patients with male sexual dysfunction(SD).Methods 76 T2DM patients with male SD in Xing′an League People′s Hospital from January 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to the simple random number table method,they were divided into two groups,38 cases in each group.Control group was treated with viagra,study group was treated with Shugan Yiyang Capsule combined with Viagra.SF-PAIRS scores,levels of reproductive hormones testosterone(T)and estradiol(E_(2)),clinical efficacy and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The curative effect of the study group was 71.05%,significantly higher than 47.37%of the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,T level,sexual confidence and sexual nature index score of the two groups increased significantly,the study group was higher than those in the control group,E_(2) level and time concern score decreased significantly,the study group was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Shugan Yiyang Capsule combined with Viagra has a better effect on T2DM complicated with SD,which can obviously improve the level of sex hormone,psychological and interpersonal relationship.
