热淋清胶囊联合头孢地嗪钠治疗慢性淋病的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨热淋清胶囊联合头孢地嗪钠治疗淋病的疗效及对患者血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-18(IL-18)、转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)水平的影响。方法选取2018年6月至2020年6月衡水市第二人民医院诊治的60例淋病患者作为研究对象。依据治疗方法的不同分为治疗组(采用热淋清胶囊联合头孢地嗪钠治疗,n=30)和对照组(单独采用头孢地嗪钠治疗,n=30)。统计分析两组的症状体征积分、临床疗效、血清IL-1β、IL-18、TGF-β水平、不良反应发生情况、复发情况。结果治疗后,治疗组前列腺/盆腔炎、附睾/附件炎、尿道/宫颈炎评分改善程度均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率为96.67%(29/30),显著高于对照组的83.33%(25/30),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组血清IL-1β、IL-18、TGF-β水平改善程度均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热淋清胶囊联合头孢地嗪钠治疗淋病的疗效较单独头孢地嗪钠治疗的效果更为显著,更能有效降低患者血清IL-1β、IL-18、TGF-β水平。Objective To investigate the curative effect of Relinqing capsule combined with cefodizin sodi-um in the treatment of gonorrhea and the effects on the levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-18(IL-18)and transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)in serum.Methods 60 patients with gonorrhea treated in the Second Peo-ple′s Hospital of Hengshui from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as research subjects.According to the differ-ent treatment methods,they were divided into treatment group(treated with Relinqing capsule combined with cefo-dizine sodium,n=30)and control group(treated with cefodizine sodium alone,n=30).The scores of symptoms and signs,clinical efficacy,serum levels of IL-1β,IL-18 and TGF-β,occurrence of adverse reactions and recur-rence of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results After treatment,the scores of prostatic/pelvic inflam-matory disease,epididymis/adnexitis and urethra/cervicitis in the treatment group were significantly improved than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%(29/30),which was significantly higher than that of the control group 83.33%(25/30),and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).The levels of serum IL-1β,IL-18 and TGF-βin the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Relinqing capsule combined with cefodizime sodium is more effective than cefodizime sodium alone in the treatment of gonorrhea,and can effectively reduce the serum levels of IL-1β,IL-18 and TGF-β.
