用淘洗机替代磁选柱提高福建某磁铁矿精矿指标研究

摘　　要：福建某铁矿采用两阶段磨矿弱磁选、磁选柱精选工艺处理预选精矿(3~0 mm),在一、二段磨矿细度分别为-75μm70%和90%左右的情况下,仅能获得TFe品位63.5%左右的精矿。为提高精矿品位,以现场入选矿石(预选精矿)为试样,进行了选铁工艺研究。结果表明:试样在一段磨矿细度-75μm69.90%、二段磨矿细度-75μm84.65%、中矿再磨细度-45μm98.50%的情况下,采用两阶段磨矿弱磁选—淘洗机精选—中矿再磨选流程处理,可获得TFe品位65.94%、MFe回收率99.64%的铁精矿,尾矿TFe品位12.57%、MFe品位0.41%;按试验确定的流程对现场流程进行优化,可获得TFe品位65.51%的精矿,在铁回收率基本不变的情况下,精矿TFe品位提高了2.06个百分点,生产指标得到显著改善,表明新工艺具有较强的适应性。A“two-stage grinding-low intensity magnetic separation-magnetic separation column clean⁃ing”process was used to treat the pre-concentrate(3~0 mm)in a magnetite plant in Fujian.The previous cir⁃cuit produced an iron concentrate containing 63.5%TFe while using the two-stage grinding size(-75μm ac⁃counting for 70%and 90%,respectively).In order to improve the concentrate grade,a new separation process was studied using the pre-concentrate as the feed.Results showed that a final iron concentrate containing 65.94%TFe with the MFe recovery of 99.64%can be obtained at first stage grinding fineness of-75μm69.90%,second stage grinding fineness of-75μm84.65%,midding reginding fineness of-45μm98.50%,by using a new circuit of“two-stage grinding-low intensity magnetic separation-elutriation mag⁃netic separator cleaning-middling regrinding”,the new process also produced tailings containing 12.57%TFe and 0.41%MFe.The new process was applied in the on-site plant obtaining a final concentrate containing 65.51%TFe that increased by 2.06 percentage points,which produced a TFe recovery similar to the old cir⁃cuit,the production index was significantly improved,indicating that the new process has strong adaptability.
