摘 要:为了提产降耗,以及应对矿石性质变差局面,某铁矿对第三段磁选进行了升级改造。实践表明,用选别精度高、选别效果好的淘洗机替代第三段湿式滚筒磁选机,在磨矿处理量达1382 t/h、磨矿粒度P80=37.35μm、给矿品位61.63%时,淘洗机精矿品位达65.58%、尾矿品位16.80%,而三磁精矿品位仅63.79%、尾矿品位达21.66%。无论矿石性质如何变化,淘洗机精矿品位始终高于三磁精矿1.5个百分点以上,且淘洗机尾矿品位更低;淘洗机能有效地抛去贫连生体,提高精矿品位,同时对细粒级磁性矿物回收能力更强,能有效阻止细粒磁性矿物流失。淘洗机在选别效果方面的明显优势使其可在保证精矿品位的前提下适当放粗磨矿粒度,提升磨矿处理量。In order to improve productivity and reduce consumption,and to deal with the deteriora⁃tion of ore properties,the tertiary magnetic separation in an Iron Mine was upgraded.The practice shows that the concentrate grade is achieved 65.58%and the tailings grade is 16.80%when the mill throughput reaches 1382 t/h with the grinding size P80=37.35μm and the feed grade is 61.63%by application of elutri⁃ation column with high separation accuracy,instead of the wet drum magnetic separator in the third stage separation.While the concentrate grade of the wet drum magnetic separator is only 63.79%,and the tailings grade is 21.66%.No matter how the ore property varies,the concentrate grade of the elutriation column is always above 1.5 percentage points higher than that of tertiary magnetic separator,and the grade of the tail⁃ings is lower.By applying the elutriation column,the poor interlocked particles can be effectively rejected and a higher concentrate grade is obtained,simultaneously fine magnetic minerals is captured efficiently,preventing the loss of fine magnetic minerals.It is feasible to improve mill throughput with an appropriate coarse grinding size on the premise of ensuring the concentrate grade by taking advantages of elutriation col⁃umn in terms of separation efficiency.
