摘  要:为解决陕西某金矿无底柱分段崩落法覆盖层形成及高贫化难题,基于无岩覆盖层开采理论和低贫化放矿理论,提出了“矿石+岩石”组合覆盖层形成技术方案和3分层综合控贫损放矿技术方案,并利用数值模拟的方法进行验证和优化分析。结果表明:“矿石+岩石”组合覆盖层形成技术方案可行;当1~3分段放矿截止品位分别为1.79,1.79,1.00 g/t时,崩落法放矿低贫化综合控制效果最佳。分析成果对国内外同类型矿山企业极具参考和借鉴意义。In order to solve the problem of overburden formation and high dilution of pillarless sublev⁃el caving method in a gold mine in Shaanxi,based on the theory of rockless overburden mining and low di⁃lution ore drawing,the technical scheme of'ore+rock'composite overburden formation and the technical scheme of three-layer comprehensive control of dilution and loss ore drawing are proposed,and the numeri⁃cal simulation method is used for verification and optimization analysis.The results show that the technical scheme of'ore+rock'composite overburden formation is feasible.When the cut-off grade of 1~3 sublevel caving is 1.79,1.79,1.00 g/t,respectively,the comprehensive control effect of caving method on low dilu⁃tion is the best.The analysis results are of great reference significance for similar mining enterprises at home and abroad.
