摘 要:水厂铁矿入库尾矿粒度由原-200目占40.60%降到-200目占80.47%后,尾矿库出现沉积滩坡比低于设计1.5%的标准、筑坝困难等问题。水厂铁矿开展了筑坝方式研究,选定池填法筑坝,确定了沉淀池沿坝轴向长150 m、高2.5 m、围捻宽5 m、溢流管排水方式。改进后池填法筑坝效果表明,沉淀池内尾砂堆积量达到80%以上,沉积滩坡比在1.1%,坝体安全稳定,解决了细粒级尾矿筑坝难题。After the tailings particle size of Shuichang iron mine decreased from 40.60%of-200 mesh to 80.47%of-200 mesh,the sedimentation beach slope ratio of the tailings pond was lower than the design 1.5%standard,and the dam construction was difficult.Study on dam construction method was car⁃ried out in Shuichang Iron Mine,chose pond filling method to build up dam.It is determined that the length of sedimentation tank along the axial direction of the dam is 150 m,the height is 2.5 m,the width of recla⁃mation dam is 5 m,and the inflow mode of overflow pipe.The improved pond filling method shows that the tailings accumulation amount in the sedimentation tank reaches more than 80%,the sediment beach slope ratio at 1.1%,the dam is safe and stable.The problem of dam construction of fine-grained tailings is solved.
