摘  要:西藏某金矿石矿物组成简单,主要金属矿物有黄铁矿、褐铁矿,自然金少量;非金属矿物主要为石英。石英结晶粒度粗大,中细粒少量,裂隙发育;主要载金矿物黄铁矿多呈自形—半自形晶粒状产出,以中粗粒为主,一般呈浸染状分布于石英裂隙或空隙中;金主要以裸露自然金和硫化物包裹金形式存在,自然金多呈他形不等粒状、不规则状、细脉状或板条状,自然金主要充填于石英粒间、空隙和黄铁矿碎裂中。为确定该矿石的选矿工艺进行了选矿试验。结果表明,在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占76.9%的情况下,采用1粗1精1扫、中矿顺序返回流程处理矿石,在粗选硫酸用量500 g/t、丁基黄药用量100 g/t、2#油用量40 g/t,扫选硫酸用量200 g/t、丁基黄药用量50 g/t、2#油用量20 g/t的情况下,获得了金品位71.92 g/t、回收率96.40%的金精矿。该工艺流程简单、指标理想,可作为设计依据。The mineral composition of a gold ore in Tibet is simple,the main metal minerals are py⁃rite and limonite,and a small amount of natural gold;Non metallic minerals are mainly quartz.Quartz crys⁃tal has coarse grain size,a small amount of medium and fine particles,and cracks are developed;Pyrite,the main gold bearing mineral,is mostly produced in euhedral-semi euhedral grains,mainly medium and coarse grains,which are generally disseminated in quartz cracks or voids;Gold mainly exists in the form of bare natural gold and sulfide wrapped gold.Most natural gold is heteromorphic,unequal granular,irregular,veinlet or plate strip.Natural gold is mainly filled between quartz grains,voids and pyrite fragmentation.In order to determine the beneficiation process of the ore,beneficiation tests were carried out.The results show that when the grinding fineness is-0.074 mm accounting for 76.9%,the ore is treated by the sequential re⁃turn process of one roughing,one cleaning,one scavenging and medium ore return to the process in turn.under the roughingc onditions of 500 g/t of sulfuric acid,100 g/t of butyl xanthate,2#oil 40 g/t,sweeping of 200 g/t of sulfuric acid,50 g/t of butyl xanthate and 20 g/t of 2#oil,71.92 g/t of gold grade is obtained,gold concentrate with recovery of 96.40%.The process flow is simple and the index is ideal,which can be used as the design basis.
