摘 要:为了给金堆城百花岭选矿厂寻求精确化装球制度提供理论依据,对碎至-2 mm矿石进行了理论适宜磨矿装球制度计算,对理论精确化装球制度下的磨矿时间、磨矿浓度、钢球充填率进行了试验,并进行了3种混合球、1种单一球磨矿效果对比试验,3种混合球磨矿产品开路浮选试验,以及精确化装球制度下的闭路浮选试验。结果表明,-2 mm矿石的最优磨矿参数:磨矿时间8 min,磨矿浓度70%,钢球充填率42.5%,ϕ30 mm、ϕ23 mm、ϕ18 mm钢球质量比1∶2∶1,该条件下的磨矿产品-0.075 mm粒级产率和新生-0.075 mm粒级产率均最高;精确化装球制度下的磨矿产品开路浮选精矿钼品位和回收率显著较高,硫含量和回收率显著较低;闭路试验获得了钼品位18.53%、钼回收率93.08%的精矿,93.33%的硫进入尾矿中,硫钼分离充分,表明精确化装球制度具有理想的磨矿产品粒度组成,可改善浮选指标。In order to provide a theoretical basis for the Baihualing Concentrator of Jinduicheng to seek a precise ball-loading system,the theoretically suitable ball-grinding ball system calculation for ore crushed to-2 mm was carried out,and the grinding time and concentration and steel ball filling rate under the theoretically accurate ball-loading system were calculated.And three kinds of mixed balls,one kind of single ball grinding effect comparison tests,three kinds of mixed ball grinding products open-circuit flota⁃tion test,and the closed-circuit flotation test under the precise ball loading system were carried out.The re⁃sults show that the optimal grinding parameters for-2 mm ore:grinding time 8 min,grinding concentration 70%,steel ball filling rate 42.5%,ϕ30 mm,ϕ23 mm,ϕ18 mm steel ball mass ratio 1∶2∶1.The yield rate of the grinding products-0.075 mm and the yield of the new-0.075 mm particle grades are both the highest in this condition;under the precise ball charging system,the open-circuit flotation concentrate molybde⁃num grade and recovery rate of the grinding products are significantly higher,and the sulfur content is low.The recovery rate is significantly lower;the closed-circuit test obtained a concentrate with a molybdenum grade of 18.53%and a molybdenum recovery rate of 93.08%.93.33%of the sulfur entered the tailings and the sulfur and molybdenum were sufficiently separated,indicating that the precise ball loading system has an ideal grinding product particle size,composition can improve the flotation index.
