摘 要:为了改善土壤修复一体机颗粒混拌效果,针对矿区重金属污染土壤固化稳定化修复一体机的作业模式,研究了其内部土壤与药剂颗粒的运动过程,并进行了混拌效果评价。基于离散单元法(DEM)建立了一体机及其内部各混拌组件的仿真模型,揭示了土壤颗粒在各组件作用下的运动规律,并通过计算标准差对混拌后的颗粒群进行了均匀度比较和分析,从而针对性地提出了具体的结构优化方案,为矿区土壤修复设备的设计改进提供了理论基础与技术参考。To improve mixing effect of the soil remediation all-in-one machine,the internal soil and pesticide particles’motion process and mixing effect evaluation of all-in-one machine for heavy metal con⁃taminated soil solidification and stabilization remediation in mining areas has been studied for specific mode of operation.The simulation model has been created with all-in one machine and mixing structures based on discrete element method,to reveal the law of motion of particles under the action of mixing struc⁃tures,and specific optimization solution has been proposed by calculating the standard deviation,the unifor⁃mity of the mixed particles was compared and analyzed,and the specific structure optimization scheme was put forward,which provided the theoretical basis and technical reference for the design and improvement of the soil remediation equipment.
