摘 要:为准确掌握大型凿井井架空间KK型钢管—板节点的承载性能,利用有限元方法,系统分析了几何尺寸、主管应力水平等参数对凿井井架空间KK型钢管—板节点极限承载力的影响机制。结果表明:空间KK型钢管—板节点极限承载力随节点板夹角增大呈先增大后减小再趋于稳定的变化规律;空间KK型钢管—板节点极限承载力与主管壁厚呈线性正相关,且随节点板厚比增大而略有增加;腹杆加载比超过一定限制后,节点极限承载力随腹杆加载比增大而减小;主管受压时,节点极限承载力随轴压比增大而增大,但主管受拉时,随轴压比增大节点极限承载力无明显变化。The bearing capacity of KK-type steel tube-sheet joint in large drilling derrick space is accurately mastered.The influence mechanism of geometric size,main pipe stress level and other parame⁃ters on the ultimate bearing capacity of KK-type steel tube-sheet joint in drilling derrick space is systemati⁃cally analyzed by finite element method.The results show that the ultimate bearing capacity of spatial KK type steel tube-sheet joint increases first and then decreases and then tends to be stable with the increase of the angle between the plate and the joint.The ultimate bearing capacity of space KK-type steel tube sheet joints is linearly and positively correlated with the wall thickness of the main pipe,and increases slightly with the increase of the thickness ratio of the joints.When the web member loading ratio exceeds a certain limit,the ultimate bearing capacity decreases with the increase of web member loading ratio.When the main pipe is under compression,the ultimate bearing capacity of the joint increases with the increase of axial compression ratio,but when the main pipe is under tension,the ultimate bearing capacity of the joint does not change significantly with the increase of axial compression ratio.
