摘　　要：图书馆用户信息需求日趋多样化、复杂化,原有的图书馆自动化管理系统只能满足图书馆传统工作业务,不能有力支持图书馆提供多元化信息服务。文章深入分析美国图书馆技术市场发展状况和竞争情况,考察不同类型图书馆使用自动化产品情况,希望能对我国图书馆采购或升级自动化系统提供借鉴。通过文献分析法及网络调研法,系统比较美国图书馆自动化市场中的著名产品,梳理这些系统的功能特点和竞争情况,从中分析图书馆自动化市场的重要技术要素。The information needs of library users are becoming increasingly diversified and complicated.The original library automation management system can only meet the traditional work business of the library,but cannot strongly support the library to provide diversified information services.The author makes an in-depth analysis of the development and competition of American library technology market and the use of automation products by different types of libraries,hoping to provide reference for Chinese libraries to purchase or upgrade automation systems.Through literature analysis and network research,this paper systematically analyzes and compares the famous products in American library automation market,sorts out the functional characteristics and competition of these systems,and analyzes the important technical elements of library automation market.
